1979
 ÖZSA Kimyevi Maddeler Imalat ve Ticaret was founded in Kocamustafapasa Istanbul. Activity field: Production and trade of cosmetic products.
1980
 The company pursued its activities in Zeytinburnu Istanbul, started producing peroxide tablets.
1982
 Started the trade of pigment dyes and supplementary chemicals for printing.
1987
 Screen-printing department was founded.
1988
 The company moved to Cobancesme Istanbul.
1991
 The company focused its activities on the production and trade of textile dying substances, pigment dyes and plastisols and their supplementaries.
1992
 Company moved to Bagcilar, Istanbul.
2002
 Ozsa became the distrubutor of ETS Engineering Transfer System srl/Italy in Turkey. Hence, started the import of their plastisol and sublimatic inks.
